There are many boxes you’d like to check when looking to trust a professional nail tech. Star Nails as an overall experience is excellent. The staff is kind,attentive, and knowledgeable. The space is always clean and well maintained. Tools are always sanitized and treated properly. Pricing is competitive. I never leave feeling disappointed with my results. There are plenty of talented nail techs to work with and you’ll find one who meshes with your preferred experience. The shop can get busy and if you don’t call ahead for an appointment you might have a short wait. I’ve seen customers come and go of all ages and genders with never a bad thing to say, it is quite magical to witness the happiness that is created day in and day out of here. Mei and her team cultivate real connections with repeat customers evolving your nail experience and helping to customize it too! While not all staff speak Conversational English they are always making an effort to satisfy your needs and work together to get you what you want. This shop takes pride in their work and the compliments you get show for it! They offer popular nail services,waxing, and lashes. It’s disappointing to see some of the negative reviews on here that are assumptions or outside of the control of the salon like personal upkeep. If you are looking for a change of place, place close to your new home/work, or just sick of not getting quality work done check out Star Nails!

I’ve been a customer for 25 years! Everyone here does an amazing job! Always happy with my nails. My favorite girls are Julie and Mai. They are the best!

Nicole is amazing! I recently went to have a set taken off. The care and service was so great, I had to go back. I got a new Dip Set and it's so cute! I love the work, and once again the customer service and care provided is incredible. Will be back! Thanks Nicole! Also the other guest are so cool! It's always a great environment and vibe!

I’ve been going to Jackie for about a year now and it’s great. My dip nails usually last 3 weeks. The salon is friendly and she always does a good job. Call ahead- they do get busy but you can usually get in if you call when they open.
